Alicia Davidson is a Hearing Instrument Practitioner and has been in the hearing health industry for 14 years. She graduated from Grant MacEwan University in 2013. Alicia wanted to help people and knew she would be able to do that through providing them with better hearing.

She has been in the hearing health industry since 2008.  She graduated from Macewan University in 2023 from the Hearing Instrument Practitioner program. Inspiration to become a Hearing Care Provider came because she’s held multiple different positions within hearing clinics and absolutely loves the industry. Eldon has been in the hearing health industry for 30 years.  He is very active in continuing education, and has a background in electronics, computer programming, IHS, and was in the Military. Eldon became interested in the hearing health care profession after his wife started the Beltone Hearing Center in Halifax in 1985.

Becoming a RHIP has allowed her to combine her previous education and work in Biological Science with her desire to help people with their hearing.
