Initially serving as a customer care coordinator, her deep-rooted commitment to ensuring exceptional customer experiences led her to pursue a career as a Hearing Instrument Practitioner. Inspired by her personal experiences growing up with a father who faced profound hearing loss, Carol is driven by a profound passion for enhancing the lives of her clients through attentive care and tailored solutions.

Carol firmly believes that education is pivotal in empowering patients on their journey to successful hearing aid use, emphasizing the significance of understanding their unique hearing challenges. Alongside her dedication to professional excellence, Carol finds joy in sharing adventures with her husband, Alistair, and cherishes moments spent camping and traveling with their four sons.
